Did someone say PSOAS? Let’s get hippy! ✌🏻

7 minute sequence that offers a look into hip mobility and flexibility to keep those joint healthy. It’s fun ~ It’s for all levels, so jump on it. One of the areas that this sequence taps into is the psoas ( pronounced SO-AS ) and this muscle is one of my favorites offering the body incredible benefits when healthy but can be troublesome when it is not. Interesting facts: initial insertion point T12 thoracic vertebrae through the 5th lumbar vertebrae making its way all the way to the femurs. Connecting the upper body to the lower body and is the only muscle that does so. I’ll post more psoas tidbits in future videos but for now~Let’s practice.
